Over the past months, I have been quietly creating something that felt deeply needed.
A series of guided micro-meditations for those navigating emotional intensity, sensory overwhelm, rupture, repair, and the everyday realities of neurodivergent family life.
These meditations were born not from theory, but from lived experience. From the moments between meltdowns. From school car parks. From the quiet recalibration after a hard day. From learning slowly, how to return to coherence within myself, so that I could create safety for my children.
They are brief. Grounded. Practical.
Designed to meet you in real time, not in perfect conditions.
These are not performance tools.
They are regulation anchors.
Two Ways to Access the Meditations
I have intentionally created two pathways so that support remains accessible to everyone.
