Sliding Scale Policy

At The Harmonic Child, accessibility matters. I know first-hand the financial challenges that can come with raising an autistic child — I gave up a successful business to care for Jack full-time, and I built this platform from just £160. Because of this, we don’t want money to be the reason a family goes without support. My standard 1:1 session rate is £70 per 55 minutes, but I also offer a sliding scale for families in financial hardship. Course prices vary.

How 1:1 Sessions Work:

Full Price (£70) – If you’re able, paying full price sustains my work and allows me to offer reduced sessions to families in need.

Reduced Rate (£40–£55) – If finances are tight but you can contribute something, please choose a rate that feels manageable.

Hardship Rate (£25–£35) – If you’re experiencing genuine financial difficulty, this option is here for you.

No proof is required. I trust you to choose the level that reflects your circumstances. Please only request the hardship rate if it’s truly needed — this ensures I can continue to support as many families as possible.

Course Pricing

The full price of courses varys, and reflects the time, depth, and care woven into each lesson, created to support parents and caregivers navigating complex and beautiful journeys with their children.

However, I recognise that each family's circumstances are different. If this amount feels out of reach, please don’t hesitate to reach out. A sliding scale option is always available—because support should never be limited by cost.
